(1) Please make sure the reg-code matches your program version.
Register old version program with your old reg-code.
Or, upgrade your program with your updated reg-code.

(2) Please use copy&paste to input your name and code to avoid mistakes.
The name should be your credit card name.

2. I lost my registration code! What to do ?

3. I lost my program! What to do ?

Please go to our website, download a newest version trial.

4. My program is an old version, how to upgrade ??

Two steps to upgrade (The upgrade is free.):

(1) Go to our website, download a newest version trial.

(2) Use LostKey page to update your reg-code.

At last,register your program and all the trial limitations will be removed.

5. I have changed my e-mail address, what to do ?

About File Formats :

1. The AVI, Mp4 file can't be recognized or cause a program crash!?

Please install the newest version of K-Lite Codec(v5.6 or later version), which can be downloaded at:
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm

2. My RM file can't be recognized !?

Please install Realone Player v10.5 or later version.

3. My RAM file can't be recognized !?

If your ram file is smaller than 4k, it probable could be a playlist file, rather than a real media file. Then you can open it with text editor, like notepad,to see the real rm file list.

4. Files can't be merged !?

5. LP5 Error !

it does indeed appear to a result of the installation CA (Computer Associates) firewall, spam, spy and virus protection. Please take a look at LP5 Error introduction at google:

6. The above suggestions won't work !?

Please pay attention to the OS requirements in the introduction page.
Realone Player or QuickTime Player might be needed.

b. Please upload a sample(under 200mb) of your video file to our ftp. We'll test it to see the problem.

Please inform us if you've finished your uploading.
Please tell us the file name, we'll appreciate that.
