4. Does your software supports rip subtitle?


Yes, our software will encode the subtitle to output file directly if you select the option 'Render subtitle to output frame', so after ripped, you can see the subtitle without install another software when playing.


If you only want to rip dvd subtitle to the (.sub) subtitle file, you can use a free software vobsub.

5. I get the message "Can't load wmv engine!", why?

If you want to convert avi, mpeg files to wmv files, you must install Windows Format runtime library.
